Well Sportsfan, he may need some additionally dignity, but In all honesty, I will place my money on him,  over Pasti, if it is a matter of life, or death. You know, or probably don't, he has been the AD at UMass among a slew of other fine instituitions, before he came to the University. I have a great deal of confidence in Marcum.

you know whats funny, marcum isnt really even begging.  from what i've seen, MU has a really good hand, and is playing it cool, and WVU has been dealt a really bad hand and is bluffing.  i don't see marcum begging at all, if anything i would be surprised if he took anything more than 2 for 1, because we may not get that from the mounties, but there are plenty of other power houses which are willing to play us 2 for 1, and win, lose, or draw, it is more prestigious (hope i spelled that right) to play tennessee, georgia, or the ohio st's which have a richer tradition than WVU.

As far as begging the Taxpayers, I sincerely hope that WVU will stop pillaging my homestate of PA for more money.  We have halped you enough with all of our students, that couldn't get into Pitt, PSU, or Temple.
