I think the comments about Chubb, could pertain to most of the team. During the 11 days in between our last games. The team had 0 days off. They were tired. Last Monday, our typical day off we had practice. This Monday, 10/15, we had a day off. The first in quite a while. I said this before, even though we're losing. We need time to rest...and regroup. Chubb played well and Josh played pretty well, and they(even though injured) had some rest. If I asked my employees to work 11 days in a row. I couldn't compensate them with just OT. To get production from them I would have to give them some comp time. Some jobs are like that. D1 football I would think, falls in this category. JMO
