  • Anytime WVU has a team play them close they start choking and screw up. It happens every time someone comes back on them or plays them tight. Look at the games they have lost or come close to losing and every team got them rattled to where they started getting turnovers or tons of penalties.  It is because they are used to playing nobody and blow everyone out that when they play a decent team they don't know what to do when they are losing or start to fumble it away.

I kind of hope they do get a BCS bowl where they are playing someone like Texas who will stop the every loving crap out of them.

Have you actually seen Texas play this year?  I really doubt Texas would stomp WVU or very many teams.  Texas barely beat UCF and several other cellar dwellers this year.

  • Besides, I wouldn't count out WVU against about anyone in the country if RichRod gets a month to prepare for them.

I think WVU might very well beat Texas.  Both teams have a tendency to play to the level of competition this year.  I was at the WVU game Thurs & there didn't appear to be any "zing" on the WVU sidelines until late in the game.  I really thought they would grab defeat from the jaws of victory, but the real Louisville defense finally showed up.

And in UCF's defense, they are pretty good....I'm not sure what happened when they played So Fla.  It must have just been a bad day for UCF, because So Fla can't seem to keep it up for a whole season.
