  • Always great to win but I was VERY concerned with 11-23 at the free throw line. I coached junior high basketball for 23 years and I would be upset when my kids were 11-23. D-1 kids should hit 80% minimum. Not knocking DJ but I would have those guys at the line for a long time at practice .

  • FTs could have easily cost us this game.  Time for everyone to shoot a couple hundred every day.

You actually should root for MU since you spent four years in Herdtown getting your degree; yeah you got your Master's from WVU, one from South FL. and etc..

The first one was the most important  and by default MU should be your favorite--no excuses. You can root for WVU in any other game except when they play The Herd!!!

The crowd now does this big UGH thing when they miss.  Okay, I'm exaggerating but everyone there is concerned about FT.

  • What I'm starting to notice about Donnie's team is how organized they are.  They actually look like a team, rather than 5 individuals playing in the same uniform.  Their rotations on defense were solid, they contested shooters, and their spacing on offense was really good.  I also like that they really looked to get the ball inside during the critical stretches of the game.  Free throws are a concern, but their rebounding was dominant.

  • wow GK guess Im wrong. Im sure the BIG men bring it down though. Most Guards probably do hit 80% if there is a breakdown by position.
