  • It's the way he was talking about recruiting, attitude, body language, his excitement level about guys who were going to suprise us out of this class.

If you know your going to be fired you may still be working it but you are not going to be able to fake that excitement level.  Maybe they are just going to broadside him after the Tulsa game, who knows, but right now, if it's coming, he doesn't have a clue.

If the meeting people are saying happened then he might be the last person to know about being fired. If this has been spearheaded by big donors then Snyder might not know anything yet. I would be ok with keeping Shannon and Minter. I don't think our play has anything to do with them as a whole since they have only been here one year. I hope when Snyder is let go that Nicholes is let go also.

  • Should we get clobbered at home on Saturday in our final game of the season how can a change NOT be made.  How can you get your fan base excited about donating and buying tickets next year knowing we were 4-8 in the previous year and finished 1-7 after starting 3-1?  There is no excitement there.

Personally I will buy my tickets and make my donation because I enjoy going to games.  If seats open up next to me I will buy one for my son.  Buying the tickets doesn't mean I am happy about the situation but means that I enjoy Saturdays at The Joan.  I will just be that fan that will be there to see the game and not worry about it afterwards.

I just hope the right thing is done after Saturday.  I thought the page had turned after starting 3-1 but the UAB and UCF losses killed any positive vibe I had about where the program was going.  Maybe one of these days we will get to the CUSA Championship game.
