  • Oh well....It's not as if you'd be losing some great insight into the world of college football....but you might be missing out on some marching band reviews or tips on how to have Marshall beat Oregon State on PlayStation II.
"On rainy days, the early justices would enliven case conferences with wine. On other days, even if the sun was shining, Chief Justice John Marshall would order wine anyway, saying, 'Our jurisdiction is so vast that it must be raining somewhere.' "

  • Well, it's why I joined this board last week. I lurked around on both of them and decided that this was the best choice for a true HerdFan.
"It's tough for people to understand...but we play with twelve men."
"And our twelfth man is those 75 people....something has given us the edge.
You can't buy it or create it any other way."

Oh no, not another im a true fan post if i post on this board or that board.
The shameless plugs are  kinda funny though.  It kinda reminds me of nascar drivers who have to turn up a drink of coke no matter what they are being interviewed about.

Can't we all just get along and agree that we are all herdfans or all apart of the herdnation?   Same hearts, same passion and all kinds of personalities.

NO! Pokey you need to realize that these two boards are different. Herd Nation and Herd Fans are differnet in that they have different personalities. Indy has set the tone for HN, the same that Wolf has set the tone for HF. I am not going to argue with anyone about which is better, that's all about individual opinions. But the boards are different, anyone an see that!

  • i definitely agree they both have their own personality and their own type of discussion, and to each his own.............i just don't like to see either site put the other one down publicly or put the people who work so hard to keep both sites so good down, because we are all herd fans and all a part of the herd nation.   While there is room in herdland for multiple sites, there isn't room for polarizing fans or different sites, because we need to be united now more than ever,  I hope that is something that we all agree on.

  • I agree that pokey is herd nation's defense attorney in the making. :o

No need to reply pokey my friend.
Only die hard herd fans are allowed here. LOL   :o

Lighten up pokey, nobody is putting down anybody. The boards are different and every herd fan that posts on here knows that.

Ya wanna know what type a defense we are running and who is playing where? go to herdfans.com

Ya wanna know where all the herd fans are who play sony playstation?
    go to herd nation

There is nothing wrong with that.

Both boards serve their purpose. They are herd fan boards for different herd fans.
You crying about that would be like me complaining about herd nation creating a "herd fans" board because it copies from herdfans.com.

And that is something I just wouldn't do.........

See you at the next tailgate

  • I agree with Pokey, no reason to put down the other boards, personally I browse both HF and HN along with the vine.  But I guess if HF isn't my number one board I am not a true herd fan,  I call BS.

  • I agree with Zack.

We have many fans that read both boards... to have animosity between the two would lead to user loss on both ends.
