ANDREW RAMSPACHERThe Herald-DispatchHUNTINGTON -- In years past, these seats had been taken by the likes of Cody Slate, Albert McClellan, Lee Smith, Mario Harvey and Vinny Curry. It had been these guys using the flashy pen to sign autographs and then flashing a smile to greet fans. These were the guys who took time out of their offseason to greet the community. These were the recent faces of Marshall University football.Aaron Dobson, he always took note of them."I always looked up to those boys," Dobson said. "Going into my sophomore year, I was on the poster with those boys. So I was like, 'I'm in line. I can't wait until it's my turn.'"Now I'm a senior and I'm just following in their footsteps, basically."
Dobson's circus snatch, a multiple-day winner on SportsCenter's "Top Plays" in November, didn't make the cut.
That catch didnt make the ESPY list? WTH?
