  • I think a wind screen is to be attached to all the fencing thus shutting out the outside.

  • There will be a wind shield, nylon material, wrapped along with the chain link fence, will help some.  MU needs to buy surrounding homes and tear down.  That is the big draw back about building off campus on free land, you get stuck with what surrounds you.

  • About the houses next to the field.  MU probably couldn't use eminent domain even if it had the money.  That being said, MU should watch those houses and purchase them one by one as they come on the market.  Maybe they could use the land for parking and charge for parking.
