  • I always knew Anquan Boldin was a good dude, but I can't believe he got Larry Fitzgerald and Roddy White to tag along for the trip...the video is below.

I know a lot of you will say they should focus their time over here and the poverty we have going on...but you need to know that they do a ton over here, they just decided they wanted to do something for the people over there.  Watching that video should really make you realize how good we have it over here...even in the poorest areas of the US that I've traveled to I've never seen it THAT bad.  Pretty cool stuff and it goes to show that there are high paid athletes that are really awesome people and that do things because they think it's right and because they believe they have a higher calling in life.

  • Zack that was a very touching story, especially the point of no return. I couldn't help but get chills, just seeing the one last door closed forever. Being black in America, we have so much to be thankful for even though it's been a very painful struggle.

  • I agree E-man, I'm white and that part really hit hard with me too so I can only imagine what it was like for you.  It's great to see all the progress that's been made but there's still a lot of room (and I mean a LOT) for more improvement...I just hope and pray we continue to grow and accept people for who they are and not what color their skin is or what religious background they have.

Zack what happend doing that time was an ugly chapter in the history of America. To me as painful as it was, it was meant to happend that way for the building of this great nation. We are very blessed to live in the U.S.A. I just can't even imagine living in another country. A lot of people white and black built America thru blood, sweat and tears. They paid the ultimate sacrifice along the way.
