I was just looking at the results from last year compared to this year.  Do you know how many games we lost by 10 or more points this season?  10.  Do you know how many we lost the previous season by the same margin?  10.  This season Marshall lost 4 games by 20 or more points; same as the previous year.  However we lost 12 by fewer than 10 points this year compared to 7 the year before.  Seven of this years games were decided by 5 or less points.  I know this kind of makes it seem like "duh."  But I think if our team was truly getting worse, the 10 or more point losses would've increased from the previous year.  It goes back to playing a complete game from start to finish.  No more slacking off at the beginning and trying to rally.  No more getting comfortable with a big lead and then coming out flat in the second half.  Get the complete game going and this could be a good team next year.
