  • I know we knock the adjustments, or lack thereof, a lot. I thought the offensive adjustments were great today. In the first half, Cato was throwing a ton to the middle of the field until late in the half when he threw the pick. Second half, we came out and hit the sidelines, which, in turn, opened up the middle again. All in all, I thought everything was terrific today. JMHO.

  • I hoped after all the criticism the coaching staff have gotten this season that I would be able to read some posts giving them some credit.  It's good to give credit where credit is due.  The better coached team won today.

  • I think there have been many threads saying that the Herd (including everyone) did a great job today.  I've been critical of Doc's timeouts this season.  He had a great TO call in the first half where they had a 4th and 2 at midfield.  Gave them time to second guess going for it.  They did and got it, but it was a smart use of timeout regardless.  Called for a reason and not just because we had one available.  Doc's taken some lumps this year from fans and opposing coaches.  He seems to be getting handle on things, strategically.  No doubt they were prepared this game.  Good (great) all around performance against a solid team.  That's all we can ask.
