  • We blame DOC for all the bad stuff that happens during the year, it's time we blame/give credit to the man that got us to 9-3, in the CUSA championship for the first  time, going to a bowl getting votes for the top 25 and being relevant again.  Give credit where credit is due.

  • Doc is a great recruiter who brought in the talent to go 9-3.

  • Coaching and executing on Friday are both to be commended. Playing in a Conference championship is also to be commended.

  • I've been critical in the past on Docs lack of xs and os trickerations, but I'll give the man props for Fridays gameplan. Brilliantly executed by the team as well.

We're going to a championship first time in a decade. And maybe a new years eve bowl, first time ever. Hard to argue with those outcomes.

Beale street on New Years Eve!

Greensteve want to weigh in here?....LOL!!! :P

  •    I think MTSU can be considered a turning point for Doc. In my mind, there has been a noticeable difference in the way games are managed. In those moments that we typically go ultra-conservative and play not to lose, we've been stepping on the gas and playing to win.

Doc still has a championship to win and a bowl game in which the team should at least show well before I consider him a possible success.

Cato has to get a share of the credit for this turnaround. After MTSU he said "It ain't hapenin' again." It hasn't. Don't forget the Beard Mafia, baby.

I always get nervous when I don't hear anything about recruiting by Doc....It makes me think he's not going to be here....but, I know he pours it on late with recruits...but we have 20+/- seniors or so...I thought?

  • That's the way it goes. Just like Saban said last night "it starts with me...... The ultimate responsibility is mine."

Doc gets the credit rightfully so and the accountability as well.
