Sorry guys, I made a data entry mistake that exacerbated the result to a degree I didn't think was possible. Here are the fixed results:

    MU 38 - FAU 23
Herd has an 89.5% probability of winning

For you noobs who think that is too close, mine is a conservative system. I've NEVER had anything over 16 on my margin, so 15 is a LOCK.

Whew! Sorry, I got excited for a minute and then I realized I had entered some scores backwards.

  • Thank you very much.

I think I have learned to put more faith in your system than anything else online.

Thanks! I often check mine against Massey since he does scores and probabilities too. He is freakishly good. He uses a Bayesian probability system that I've toyed with. My system isn't all that different from a Bayesian system, but the probability factor involved comes from the random element in each simulation.
