How long have we talked about it... and it's finally happened. So glad to see one of the few name brand programs of the conference back, regardless of how this Washington game turns out. The conference needs So Miss to establish themselves as standard bearers in the West, and us in the East... the two schools with any substantive football history.

No maybe to it, really. Banowsky has his good points, but as it happened, his one major failing was in acting prematurely in inviting new schools in... history shows that once the Boise thing blew up, it woulda/shoulda/coulda been "Advantage CUSA"... our defectors would have been in a position to dictate to return, and in so doing, avoid paying any entrance or exit fees, instead putting the onus on Cincy, USF and UConn to pay up... CUSA being their only real option otherwise.
