  • Ever since the Access Bowl committee came up with the "quality loss" being better than some wins logic, then playing some money games makes perfect sense. The way things are nowadays with us getting squeezed on TV money, us playing "potentially winnable" money games could really help our football budget. As much as I hate FCS home games, I would have no problem with MH scheduling 2 one-and-done away money games and 2 FCS home games to balance the schedule if necessary. An additional $2.8 million minus expenses, and the revenue from 2 early home FCS would be pretty good. An away money game & home FCS game would be better than having a home game & away game with MAC schools in the same year.
