Thanks for sharing this.  Mike drove home the point about all of us Herd fans having a greater affinity for Marshall than most other fans do for their school due to the plane crash that bonds us together in a unique way.  He also said that he would have taken the MU job but he believes that Danny is a better fit for MU than he would have been, because he said that he was a "NBA guy."

Mike mentions how Danny loves to "speak at the Rotary" and how that is not his bailiwick.  I know at Big Green functions, Danny will talk not only to the crowd assembled but he will chat one-on-one with fans for as long as he can stay at the event.  The eight minutes of this podcast between 33:54 and 41:54 are, imo, particularly worth the time to listen.

I'm serious. To have someone in his position driving and pushing Marshall this hard is amazing. So glad we hired DD, because frankly, MD has never been this vocal for Marshall. I'm smiling from ear to ear right now.

I did get a chance to listen to this a couple days ago; as FlyHawk says, Mike D gives a great interview. Woj is good because he allows answers & he ques his questions based on Mike's responses. Herd fans should give this a listen.
