  • This is very sad news >:(, Tiquan Lang tried to help out a toddler that was found dead here in Huntington, according to Detective Chris Sperry. Lang happened to live next door to the child and his parents. Here's a quote from Detective Sperry" Interviews conducted after the death found that a neighbor, Marshall football safety Tiquan Lang, had on multiple occasions stepped in to comfort Jayden and brought him food.

“He said Jayden always was kind of left out and he wanted to make sure he was eating,” Sperry said. “The same individual also said he had actually confronted Aaron at one point when he was whooping him with a belt. He said, ‘I know it wasn’t my kid, but I had to say something to him.’”

Got to give Lang his props for at least stepping up and trying to help. Here's the full article in the Herald-Dispatch.

Damn. Just unbelievable. Knowing that little fella suffered like that just hurts me at my core. One of the sickest (if not the sickest) things I've ever heard. So sad.

Steve, I'm hurt and mad as hell at the same time. How could anyone do that to any child? BTW, this couple is from, you guessed it Detroit! Is there anything good that comes from that city other than Motown and Cars?

  • I no longer live in the area but I follow the local news daily via radio and newspaper. Until now, I have intentionally chose not to read this story because I know how it goes; just like all the other similar stories I've read and heard in the past. It breaks my heart to read this stuff.

Why do these evil people do these horrible things to these beautiful, innocent children?  If they don't want to love them and care for them, then give them to somebody that will!  Like thousands of other people would do, I'll take them. It's so sad to think about what this beautiful child endured. What could possibly be going through their innocent little minds when some @#*^! is treating them like this?

He only had feces in his stomach!?!?  Damn. Heartbreaking.
