Props aren't part of the program until their eligible and then accept an offer, so if he never came how can he not return?  We see this year after year.  I actually don't think the program plans on the props, wishes they make it but don't plan their manpower around them.

I think with guys like that, especially if he has a big year at JUCO, you typically see a P5 come in and sweep him up away from us.
