Just saw that today at the Big Green office. Had NO clue. They might want to get on letting people know that

I had seen it posted a couple of times. It's on the schedule poster, on the tickets, Twitter, FB, emails, etc.

I would've preferred a Kelly Green out because it looked so good against Purdue. But oh well. I'll wear the color for my section.

You won't have to. The Stripe the Stadium game is in green and white.

But I love the black. It's an accent color we've had for years being used as predominant color. It's not like we're using red.

The white jersey with the black pants might be the cleanest looking jersey combo we have.

Black is OK! but, it shouldn't be our dominant color. I hate the white jersey, black pants combo. There's nothing like our white on white, trimmed in kelly green jerseys and our green combo at home.

Peapods were always a favorite of mine until they added the black stripe to the green pant. I like the all green pants, myself.

It looked awesome for the Louisville game so I can't wait to see it for this game. We are going to beat their ass in front of a packed stadium and win over some casual fans.

I hope they promote in the local media, HD, Gagette, WSAZ, etc. They need to get the average Joe fan in the know or half the stadium will be wearing green and white, while the other half will be wearing just about every other color of the rainbow. jmho.

I don't understand the negativity or the concern that it's not going to work:

1. It looked fantastic just two years ago.
2. I've seen it promoted in several places.
3. Isn't the map with the color codes literally on the (season) ticket for that game?

Yes on all counts. As we recall, the week of the game they ran newspaper adds shoring the color you are to wear in each section in case you don't have s season ticket

If you all think just putting it on a ticket is a good way to make sure people know and follow it, then thats just sad. Alot of people don't even look at the tickets. Much less, care. It looka good, but id rather have a green out myself

There literally couldn't be a better way to advertise it than putting it on the thing that thousands of people are going to have to look at in order to get into the stadium.

And as we said, they're not "just putting it on a ticket." It's been heavily advertised on social media since the day the schedule was announced. I know not everybody is connected online, but those people are in the minority these days. It would be a pointless waste of money to buy ads in the H-D this far out, and they'll probably do that the week of the game.

If you like the green-out better, that's fine, but the argument that it's not going to work is a poor one. It's already been promoted far more than it was when it was a huge success two years ago.

For us out of towners I often order my tickets then pick them up at the stadium on the way in. So they are going to give me notice of what to wear an hour before the game when I'm three and a half hours from home?

Yeah that really works.

I have been searching to see the color of my area and haven't found it.  My tickets are a print at home and they do not have the color.
I am in section 110 if anyone knows the color please let me know.  Want to make sure I come in from Georgia with the right colors.

I know some people have wanted black helmets but honestly that would look like the worst thing of all time. Loljust isn’t our color imo
