Waited 5 years to slam Doc for that very reason.  He'd been around football a long time.  He got the benefit of the doubt for a long time.  Hoping his hiring decisions will show he has learned some new tricks.  And that he will lend a little control to those whom he hired to do those jobs.  It's a good year for him to get a lot of redemption.  Don't even care if we win a bunch as long as we show aggression and look like we're trying to win.
