Morph’s reports from practice were accurate. He was a kid waiting for his opportunity. 204 yards, 2 TDS and zero fumbles was a great performance (on a disappointing day). My first thought when he got caught from behind on his first big run was that King would have been in the end zone. That thought was quickly replaced with an appreciation for his ball security.
Was at the game...the guy was a beast.. best player on the field from either team... get a serviceable QB and this team is much better next year.
OL needs to get stronger. I think it showed against the ACC schools. We should have good D back. Not sure about WRs.
He is legit; gives us something to build on. Whoever we play in the bowl will have to respect him.
From what I'm hearing, next year we may need him a lot more than we think.
