    • No, Marshall is not on this list.  However, Appalachian State, Miami of Ohio, Central Michigan, Boise State, & WVU are.  Interesting the way ESPN came to their conclusions.

    • Interesting. Obviously about a dozen of so of the schools listed couldn't compete in todays D1. Our program didn't take off until 1987. That's a relatively short timeline in the grand scheme of things. jmho.
