Maybe some of Moss's post football business ventures haven't turned out very positive, at least financially.  How many remember his much advertised Kanawha Valley ventures in businesses like "Inta Juice" or however it was spelled?  Wonder if it is still around/in business currently.

This is not a Hamrick issue it is a Randy issue...remember Rand University not MU when he played..also did not say a word about Bobby P who gave Randy a championship team to play for and also always spoke positively in public about Randy.

The problem with these athletes that have made alot of money in their careers , they automatically think they are businessmen that dont have to listen to anybody . That mindset has made quite a few broke very quick.

That and they absolutely listen to the wrong people.  Many players have a close nit group/entourage they rely on because they trust them. More often than not, however, those in the group know nothing about business.  Same with their basic finances/investments. They often let people handle finances that have no business doing so. That and many of them can't break bad spending habits. Same reason many who win lottery end up broke. Moss should be ok though as he has the gig as a co host/contributor on one of networks that broadcast NFL games.

I don't have a clue about details here and Randy has done a lot for kids (often unpublicized) but my impression is he tends to fly by seat of pants and is a bit unpredictable about commitments.

Inta Juice is still around. Looked like it was growing then went back to its Colorado routes. Quite frankly price point is something to consider. While a great smoothie, it’s more expensive than what most WVs are going to be willing to pay. With his role in the company I’d be curious to see if he took a loss. He chose not to renew the lease when it was up, but did promo time cause him to break even or ahead?

With that said, it’s all luck of the draw. Lebron with Blaze Pizza, 50 cent with Vitamin Water, Kobe has a few items. It’s like betting on the dogs up at tri state just with way more money involved.
