  • Even though Micheal Flynn pleaded guilty to charges?

Let me put it this way, I'd gladly take the case on 30% contingency.  With what General Flynn might be going to get just from the civil suits I could retire to a beach house in Boca and a garage full of Bentley's.

  • There are a whole bunch of people who at the very least are going to be facing civil suits for malicious prosecution.

They will also be prosecuted for conspiracy to commit treason.

  • For a second I thought Rifle was back. LOL

Nah, E ain't no Rifle.  I think he's just a little rattled that his heroes just got traded for ghosts, as Pink Floyd would say.

  • It is what is called a process crime and the guilty plea was made under duress.

If there was justice Comey, Mueller, and the whole team of lawyers involved would be disbarred at least and probably be sued for malicious prosecution under 42 U.S.C. § 1983:

"Every person who, under color of any statute, ordinance, regulation, custom, or usage, of any State or Territory or the District of Columbia, subjects, or causes to be subjected, any citizen of the United States or other person within the jurisdiction thereof to the deprivation of any rights, privileges, or immunities secured by the Constitution and laws, shall be liable to the party injured in an action at law, suit in equity, or other proper proceeding for redress, except that in any action brought against a judicial officer for an act or omission taken in such officer’s judicial capacity, injunctive relief shall not be granted unless a declaratory decree was violated or declaratory relief was unavailable. For the purposes of this section, any Act of Congress applicable exclusively to the District of Columbia shall be considered to be a statute of the District of Columbia."

Translation: General Flynn is going to get his money back and a whole lot more.

From what I read about General Flynn is that he has served his country with honor, integrity, and he is a highly decorated general. I'm not against General Flynn getting what's due of him back. Our judicial system isn't always a 100% correct even on the federal level. I was merely pointing what a federal judge said to Flynn. I can't comment to much about his case, because I just haven't paid that much attention to be honest..

  • They will also be prosecuted for conspiracy to commit treason.

No not treason, treason is just about the only crime specifically defined in the Constitution and it doesn't meet the elements:

"Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court. The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted."  U.S. Constitution Article 3 Section 3.

But you can start with fraud and perjury.

It's more than that.  What was done to this man was malicious.  More than malicious.  It was fooking evil.

That federal judge took a guilty plea because General Flynn didn't want to fight anymore.  It was costing him money and he could not fight the federal government and the fawning press that kept cheering for evidence of a Russian collusion conspiracy between the Trump campaign and the Russians that clearly and absolutely did not exist.  They were threatening to do the same thing to his son.  This was obvious duress. It was a setup as the documents clearly admit.  Those things are the very definition of duress and it is why he took the guilty plea.  Completely planned.  For solely political purposes.  Well probably not just political, because that whole upper echelon of the Justice Department was corrupt and they knew if some one started kicking over the rocks a whole bunch of them were going to the hoosgow.  Now that is happening.  If there is any justice these people will go to jail for a long time and will die in the gutter.  They disgraced their offices and they disgraced the oath as attorneys they took to defend the Constitution, the same one I took.  These people literally make me sick to my stomach with what they did, and then preen about it.

That same federal judge did not hear any evidence.  He took the plea for what it was.  The admonition is not unusual.  If evidence would have been presented--after maybe a couple of years of discovery, jail time, paying for lawyers with money he didn't have--things would have been different.

This is the kind of fascism and Gestapo tactics that you are always decrying here.  Think about that when you try to defend these people and what they did.

I found this to be very interesting,

Nearly 2,000 former Justice Department employees criticized Attorney General William Barr for moving to drop the charges against former national security adviser Michael Flynn last week, saying in an open letter published Monday that Barr had "assaulted the rule of law" and calling for him to resign."Make no mistake: The Department's action is extraordinarily rare, if not unprecedented," the letter says. "If any of us, or anyone reading this statement who is not a friend of the President, were to lie to federal investigators in the course of a properly predicated counterintelligence investigation, and admit we did so under oath, we would be prosecuted for it."

I'm not an Attorney, but there's a lot of legal minds speaking out against Attorney General Barr...

  • You have Roger Stone trying to get a sentencing reduction and where is it going to end? It didn't help General Flynn when President Trump fired him. Don’t forget, Michael Flynn pleaded guilty twice, even President Trump has said his former national security adviser lied to the F.B.I. What I do know is that a lot of people from the Trump administration has been convicted of crimes. This isn't no coincidence.

Roger Stone got targeted by a corrupt Deep State also and will soon get off.  There was no "Russia collusion", therefore no basis to investigate Stone to begin with.  Released documents show Schiff, Mueller, and others in the Democrat Deep State colluded to falsify and hide documents, and to lie to keep the Russia collusion hoax going.  Obama was at the top of it and all those Democrat Deep State crooks are going down.  You keep talking about General Flynn pleaded guilty.  The released documents show the FBlie did not think he lied and was ready to close the case, until Schzok stepped in to keep it going.  How many times do you refer to the Central Park boys who pleaded guilty, but were later found not guilty by DNA evidence?  That was a racial setup by crooked NYC cops.  Flynn's case was a political setup by crooked FBlie cops.  2,000 lawyers speaking out against Barr are no doubt Democrats and never-Trumpers.  Can't wait until General Flynn is appointed back into a position of oversight and the Deep State traitors are brought to justice.

It's not me that's saying this about General Flynn, it's Federal Prosecutors. To be honest, I'm more pissed at Attorney General Barr, he might be the worse AG we have ever had. Did you not read what I said, " Nearly 2,000 ex-Justice Department employees sign letter criticizing Barr for moving to drop Flynn charges ....
As far as I'm concerned, it wouldn't hurt me if Flynn gets off, I can't say the same about Roger Stone. T, how do you explain so many from Trump's cabinet being indicted and either resigning from office or being sent to prison.

Probably a lot of those that stand to get disbarred and sued.

That's not a political statement.  I don't know where those guys are licensed but if I was a prosecutor and I did what Comey, McCabe, Rosenstein, and the rest of them did I know what my state bar would do to me, I'd be looking for a job at a convenience store.

Why have so many from Trump's cabinet been indicted?  Who from Trump's cabinet have been indicted?  As far as I know, no one from Trump's cabinet have been indicted.  General Flynn was a Security Advisor, but he had now been exonerated as being illegally targeted by a corrupt FBlie.  Carter Page and George Papadopoulos were on his campaign, illegally targeted, and exonerated.  Roger Stone and others will be exonerated.  Wait until you see the civil suits that will be filed against Obama's criminal cartel.  Now, the Hunted have become the Hunters.  Let's see have many from Obama's criminal cabal gets criminally charged, including possibly both Obama and Biden.
