Man I love chicken thighs.
I saw a Worcestershire commercial on tv the other day, maybe food network, where they did a brine marinade for fried chicken with Worcestershire, dill pickle juice, buttermilk and paprika. I love Worcestershire on beef but never considered it for anything else. I plan to try it on some wings.
