  • I know it’s only EKU but a statement here would go far.

    What a run!

  • Man, Wells can see the field, doesn't stare down receivers, has good footwork, and absolutely throws a bullet right in the bread basket.  Fundamentally this kid is further along right now than any qb we had on the squad last year.

  • Knox just carried the entire EKU defense four yards to the TD.

  • The ability of Wells is opening up the running game. I don't care that its an FCS team. Wells is showing pocket presence, scrambling ability, keeping eyes down field, not staring down receivers and incredible accuracy with zip on the ball.

  • We would have beat Boise last year if we would have played Wells in the 2nd half.

Not  to be a downer, but I just hope he gets to improve every year he is here.  Grant needs a coaching staff can that help him develop.  History shows MU doesn't have a staff that can provide that right now.

  • Danny has proved that you don’t overlook WV talent. May not be a ton of it but they play with a chip. Wells is going to be right there with Pennington and Leftwich before he leaves. And he has 5 years to play. He will probably own every record. Jmo!!!

    Maybe that will change soon.

  • Great day for a game . I turned the TV volume off , listened to the radio , alot better , more football

What radio feed syncs with the TV?  I can only find delayed feed.

  • Nice to see the use of the middle of the field. Crossing routes etc. finally.

Better than our last two starters fundamentally. It’s not even close.

I actually just worked with a production manager for Stadium and CBS. He said they don’t have the money investment but they do well for what they have.

Something about the ESPN visual makes the game look big time.

He threw off his back foot with a couple guys in his face into double coverage and got it there.  Wow.
