    • Oh, this is hilarious.

    I’m watching ESPN on mute with the TuneIn doing audio.

    At the start of the half ESPN video is showing an interview of a masked Doc Holiday on his way to the dressing room.  Meanwhile on TuneIn audio they are running a Public Service announcement on opioids.  The audio starts out (swear this happened) with a beaten down voice saying “my name is John” the voice goes on how he had been addicted to opioids and how kicking the drugs was the hardest things he had ever done.  It was hilarious watching John talking while listening to the ad.

    • As they are talking about the history. This is the time to say. At Marshall, you’re not playing to “entertain us” you’re playing for the players, coaches, dads, wives, brothers, sisters who did not make it home that night in 1970.

    Those who cheer players when you commit are cheering for your effort. See 5-7 Herd Lee Smith get cheered dragging people. Those who boo are booing you because you’re not living up to the standard in honoring them. The older fans, as they should be, are the gate keepers to the memory. It is just bigger than a “game” in Huntington.
