  • Beat me to it, 73.  Just heard it on Paul Swann's afternoon radio show from Huntington.  Good get, IMO, and kudos to Danny, Coach Cline, Mike Hamrick and whomever else was involved in getting this game scheduled!!

Best way to get the bad taste from a loss out of your mouth is to PLAY AGAIN, IMO!!  Hopefully, the Herd team will have a little chip on their shoulder this Sunday afternoon.

Also, should be a good way to top off the week-end:  starting it off with a CUSA football championship on Friday night followed by, or bookended with, a Basketball victory on Sunday afternoon, as Danny's guys start a new winning streak!!!

    GO HERD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great choice of opponents.  We appear to be developing something of a relationship with Bobby M, and I’m all for it.

Your best response to a loss reminds me of an adage among old time Motorcycle riders.  Best thing to do after a nasty wreck is to jump back on the bike as soon as you can.  And the sign of a true fiend is someone who lets you jump on his bike when yours’s it too wrecked to ride.
