Noticed that vs Rice as well.  And having a hard time passing and tackling in it.  Means playing too stiff.  Body not adjusted for it.

Any pictures of UAB (warm weather team) on the field players wearing a long sleeve under their pads?  Sure are numerous herd players doing it.  Herd players scared of the cold?  Rice and UAB two coldest weather games and we laid an egg.  Mental preparation and toughness a big problem at Marshall?  Me thinks so.    I think this team might have been spoiled by the nice, warm indoor practice facility.  Long live King Bob Pruett and his guys who never had such luxury, but sure won a bunch of championships in the snow and cold.

UAB players like Herd players did wear long sleeves.  A wash on that end  :o :o   

At games in 98 and 99 for MAC title game (in 99 only starter on offense wearing a long sleeve was Poole but he always wore long sleeve).
