  • With Beckett and Ball opting out of the bowl game and possibly others that would like to, I wouldn't be surprised if another "Covid" outbreak struck the program.

  • Wouldn't surprise me with Doc still at the helm this team further melts down. This is gonna be a dumpster fire of a transition from Doc

  • Shirkey opting out, replacing him and finding someone who can consistently kick the ball out of bounds is going to be difficult.

  • I'm sure as we write and read here that Hamrick is hard at work on his "CDOA"* plan! (*Cover Doc's Own Ass).

Don't see where he plays in the NFL. I definitely see him in the CFL.

Agreed. Would have been nice for him to play with Andre O'neal type.

Having watched Jeremy Chinn play with the Panthers this year, I believe it's possible.  Chinn has had an outstanding rookie season playing safety, big nickel, and linebacker.  He's neck and neck with C. Young for Defensive Rookie of the Year--leading the Panthers in tackles, forcing 2 fumbles and recovering 2 fumbles and returning them for TDs.

    Beckett plays like Chinn, but he's a little smaller.  Chinn is 6'3" & 220.  Beckett is 5'10" & 214.

Whereas Chinn was a 2nd round pick, I could see Beckett going 5-7 rounds.

    6’3 to 5’10 is a huge difference.

  • We better hope, we can get some transfer portal players. Look at our recruiting ranking and you can see how far we have fallen under Doc Holliday..As for Marshall, the Thundering Herd signed a small class that (247 Sports ranked as the ninth-best in Conference USA). (MU’s class was ranked No. 119 nationally) Ouch!
