I listened to Huffs presser today and he said Chuck McGill and Jason Corriher made the depth chart. He acted like some of it was true, but also like we should not read a lot into it. He said he thinks Navy will play two quarterbacks and depending on which one is in the game, Shane Simmons will play either DE or OLB.

I?m surprised to not see any of the WRs Huff has brought in listed.

Hopefully thats good news.  Meaning that the players already here stepped up and made improvements in the off season.  Hope we see some big improvements from the WRs this season.

Yea, after thinking about it not seeing the true freshman WR on the depth chart is probably a good thing.  Doesn't mean they won't use them but I would think they would like to redshirt them if they can as long as the guys ahead of them are productive and healthy.

There were a number of FR on the two deep however including one WR (Horton), 3 OL (Driskell, McGhee, Everhart), LB (Martin), and CB (Smith). Not sure if any of those are true freshman.

We have a passing game coordinator for the first time.  What kind of impact will that have?  Since that coach has other duties it seems to be just another title to me.

I think it potentially could be very good. And if Cramsey falters, there is someone who has played in a real D1 offense. I won't put it all on Cramsey last year, I think Docs stubborness to try Zban when Wells struggled cost us big. And Zban played well in the limited time he got to play. We didn't need a heroic effort to win last 2-3 games. The defense was so good we just needed him to be adequate. Honestly, I think Wells would have been relieved (no pun intended).
