. . . 32 y.o. Jeffrey Jordan has been arrested in Arizona for assaulting a hospital worker.  Jordan played basketball at Illinois and later had a brief pro career.  In 2008, he transferred to UCF and played a couple seasons for former Herd Head Coach, Donnie Jones!  Believe the teams Jordan played on at UCF were during their CUSA days when they played some highly emotional, hard fought and charged games in the CAM.  Believe Jordan's backcourt teammate was the "highly popular", with MU fans, Oompa Loompa, whose whining and other antics permanently endeared him forever with MU basketball fans.  In terms of demeanor and complaining, IIRC, Jordan wasn't much better!

If I remember correctly, Jeffrey didn?t play much. His brother Marcus was the left hander with goggles that had a lot of playing time with AJ Rompza in the backcourt.

Might be correct.  Didn't know, remember, that MJ had two sons play at UCF.  Thanks!  HERD fans hated those teams, no matter who played for them!

Marcus Jordan had great skills ... he'd lower his shoulder and make a left-hand dribble bullrush to the basket and get a foul called by CUSA refs every time at home games.

One of them, gave himself the nickname  ?Heir Jordan? to remind everyone how important he was.  I could see someone like that punching a nurse or doctor.

Marcus was the one who actually played at UCF. Jeffery was a grad transfer there but rarely if ever got into games.

Marcus was actually pretty solid scoring over 1100 points in 3 seasons with the Knights. In his best year, he averaged more than 15 ppg. Had he not been MJ's son I think he would have been looked at more favorably as a player, but people had higher than normal expectations for him because of his father, and of course, we were going to hate him simply for being a member of the UCF team.

Marcus left school after his junior year to start his own clothing line and Youtube channel. Something he could have done legally in today's NCAA.

Marcus was an average talent in the ncaa scheme of things. Big let down given his genes of course, also very big shoes to fill. I couldn't imagine that kind of pressure, same with Arch Manning. Have to be a hell of a kid to have a decent head on your shoulders.
