Rice has quickness at guard, guys who can create space and get their shots off quickly.  Oh, yeah, and those guys can SHOOT, TOO!  Meanwhile, D'Antoni squad has a roster full of "brick layers", can't hit the side of the barn!  And ALL of those guys are either Danny's recruits, or Danny's preferred walk-ons!  All of them, folks, are Danny's guys.  It's ALL ON HIM!!

Rice does not even care about winning and some how they find guys who can actually shoot.

I don't see how they can be in any doghouse. They can't be any worse than what is going on right now.

Rice is well-schooled in the half-court offensive game. I give their coach credit. Not a lot of athletic talent....but a lot of guys well-schooled in the game. That big man is an excellent passer. Their team moves the ball with the pass and hits the 3-pointer shooter quickly with the pass. They have also back-doored us several times.

I am puzzled to why some of these guys sit. It is great that Sarenac can hit 30 three-pointers in a practice but you have to be able to contribute when the lights come on.

The 3 point shooting is horrendous. Play some of the freshmen. It can't get any worse.

Rice was 8 of 13 from beyond the arc in the first half. Marshall was 3 for 20 from three-point land.

This stat needs to change or this game gets ugly.
