We played alot better but still lost . Good overall game but they did miss the foul at the end of the game.  We could have very easily won this game , probably should have .

Still need a point guard.  Did anyone else notice has quickly we moved the ball to start the game?  Put up a bunch of points then ball goes stagnate.

We've told CUSA to "Kiss Off".  Danny D'Antoni is just plain STUPID if he expects the HERD to receive ANY breaks, critical calls etc., from the League, League officials, referees, etc., this season!!

We have a group of great players?yet, we have not been able to coalesce into a good/great team within their own talents?we can do it!

That was a foul on Taylor but we are so bad regardless. No appreciation for a possession. Poor defense. Zero reliable offensive schematics. Just dribble dribble hope and pray something happens.  Dan can blame the refs all he wants but he put together one of the worst teams in America this year.

Dantoni has let these guys play so so free and consequence free they have no clue how to play with any lead. No situational awareness. No appreciation for a possession.  This debacle is on the coaches.  They should all be fired.

Oh, just couldn't help but noticing the fact that, per radio play by play man Steve Cotton, that MTSU had at least TWO transfer players in their lineup tonight, one of them was from Wisconsin-Green Bay and another, I believe, was from another Mid-major, or smaller school.  Of course, one, par for the course, had his BEST scoring game tonight against the HERD.  You guys want to dispute that those "facts" were NOT critical tonight in a two-point loss?  Meanwhile, where were all those multiyear projects, Dillon, Collins, et. al., tonight . . . ?

We played a SOLID basketball game tonight and lost a heart breaker. That hurts worse than anything. Middle is much better than last few years sure, but that's as good as we get IMO. I think we were like 92% or something from the line with over 20 freethrows. Thats crazy. My heart is broken. This is the kind of loss that kills the soul, if one is even left. Are we going to go winless in cusa? Has anyone done that before?

Thanks, I think, chf!  I take no pleasure in the Herd's current dilemma, blame, etc.  But I'm not going to just "poo poo", like some, and just say that we've got to get "better and better" by when the tournament rolls around!  This team has serious internal problem, personnel problems/flaws, coaching problems/flaws, and systemic problems and flaws.  By the latter I mean mainly that our coach believes in and plays a brand of basketball that many of our players are just not skilled enough, quick enough, shoot well enough, etc., to play SUCCESSFULLY!

Bottom line, Marshall's Athletics and Basketball Programs just cannot tolerate and endure anything close to what this season has become in the 2022-23 season.  Hopefully, enough people among the fans base and, more importantly, in critical positions within the University can see,and realize, this fact, and take the necessary corrective steps/actions!

Too much standing around and too much dribbling. Should never have a shot clock violation like we did tonight. Too much worrying about what shot you are going to create instead of getting the ball to the open man. Many times in the first half, Braun was open in the corner and nobody would work the ball to him. We beat ourselves tonight. Yeah, there were some bad calls and no calls. As others mentioned, it should have never come to that. I don't see how we end this on Saturday.

He just doesn't get the fact that Obinna and David are listed as freshmen because of the Covid rule.
