Kinsey can leap, he can shoot within 12 feet or so, he can rebound, and when he has help, he can semi-effectively defend his assignment. What he can not do is be a great player when not having other very good players around him to share the load. If you look at his demise, it is the talent around him, and then also his inability (my opinion here) to handle the show-case he tried to create to become a first round draft. His value has dropped, and he'll (again, my opinion) hit the portal to play one more year in college with other NBA style players, and then up his stuff to a draft status; albeit not first round, that is probably gone for ever.
I feel for the guy, really. But one has to figure out how the help he had last year got out of town. He can't be happy about that.
