Yep. Cato proved that. I doubt either of the 3 incoming freshmen will get much playing time other than mop up. Unless something crazy happens Huff will likely RS all of them IF he can.

I just hope he takes full advantage of the RS rules and allows all 3 to get some minutes in their 4 game allotment.

Thank you for again re-posting my original sentiment on this topic.  One of the best suggestions I think I may have ever come up with. You know what they say about the sincerest form of flattery.

One thing though, it may not happen - merely because of the high quality of the new-comers. Coaches, even Huff hate the possibility of a "QB controversy". Especially if we lose games we are not supposed to - whatever that means. At least one person on here has opined that Columbi may not be the starter at the end of the season. And I agree with that. Stuff happens. Injuries, etc. Plus, it is probably nearly impossible to get 4 guys practice snaps ... now if they were rationed out week-to-week, month-to-month ... maybe.

Allow me to add I appreciate the first-hand basketball practice reports from you and others. I put way too much hope into the quality of our players, wearing my usual green-colored glasses. Same thing apparently happened in FB years ago, before practices were closed. I guess that was under MS.
