no one in D1 offered him. It happens. That said, don't think Doc ever hit the easter PH hard. We did get a couple of good dbacks but I think one or more of them were walk ons to start.
He had an offer from Albany, I know it's FCS but still D1. That was his best offer out of HS. But, none of that matters now, he was very successful at the D2 level and has himself an opportunity with the Bears to prove he can play at the NFL level. An opportunity is a lot more than most players will ever get. As a WVian, I'd like to seem him be successful. So hopefully he makes the most of it.
