I am shocked we are up by this much at the half. Andy sat on the bench a good while because of foul trouble. This team kicked it into another gear after the under four-minute timeout. I think I heard Duquesne turned the ball over 14 times.

Our defense, unselfish passing, and dribble drive mentality are the 3 things that make this the best DD team he?s ever had.

We just have to continue playing like this the rest of the game and rest of the year.

This team at times reminds me of some of Calipari's Memphis teams. They can bury you in3 or 4 minutes. If we had rebounded better and as has been said, shot free throws earlier, we would be ahead by 30.  I'm surprised by being out rebounded .

Is there still doubters out there? This team deserves fans support and not excuses why they are winning. This is the best defensive team we have had in years at Marshall. They close out and contest every shot. And this team will get better because the 3 freshman are just scratching the surface. Got to keep playing hard second half.

Being from Elkins, I was close to going to this game and staying a couple nights and attend the Saturday game against Robert Morris.  Would?ve been fun.

Team is better than I had imagined considering the early schedule. The Dukes are a good team and the Herd has dominated.

Team is really playing well in all phases, except free throws.  Defense and sharing the ball is impressive.  Need to not have a let down in second half.  They will make a run.

This, I think, is the best we have played in a half this year. Glad to see Fricks contributing points wise. I think I heard he had 8 points at the half. 2-7 at the free throw line and being outrebounded by 5 are the only issues with this half.

This is the type of statement that jinxes a team.
For the love of god and the Herd, please say something like, "That was a great half, except for foul shooting. Let's hope that they finish the game just as well."

If the Herd wins going away, then and only then do you make such a statement.

Great move by Coach to get him out last couple minutes or so in the half.  No need to risk picking up a "cheapie" foul at that point way the game is going!

yes, that was an impressive run before i knew what happened.  i like the smarts on this team- when you hear the term taking what they give, that was textbook the second halh of the 1st half.  i hope they stay locked in the 2nd half.

i do think it's not too early for me to finally say- yes, this is Danny's best recruiting class (2022) so far.

i just wish we could have had some better competition in OOC this year because it would possibly make the season that much sweeter.  but i'll take the wins without too much complaint
