That is fine and no hard feelings here. I personally enjoy watching a good game of monopoly more. Most boring thing I have ever witnessed in my entire life.
That's fine, heck 15 years ago I would have said same. I don't say this to be critical, but I'm guessing you don't watch the game enough to understand all of it. No game is fun to watch if you really don't get it. Most people that don't understand it don't like the lack of scoring.
People understand football and baseball so they can watch it. Reality is, baseball has 7 guys standing around watching one guy throwing to another guy, while one guy tries to hit the ball. If I didn't understand it, I'd say BORING. Football, the actual action during a four hour game is minimal...if I wasn't a fan and didn't understand it...I'd say BORING.
Soccer is nonstop action with incredible athleticism, skill and stamina. I don't know how anyone could watch high level soccer like FIFA, world cup etc and not be wowed by the skill, athleticism and stamina.
Of the three primary American sports, basketball is the only one that compares to soccer in terms of nonstop action and basketball does have constant scoring.
Personally, I used to be a big baseball fan but that has faded over the last 20 years or so. I still enjoy Football, basketball and now soccer and have season tickets to all three at MU.
