I care very little about the video board, but I care very much about ripping the end zone bleachers out and adding a party deck. Hopefully that's also done before next season.

Nothing like waiting until the last minute.  Hopefully, this install will go smoother than the new basketball floor and there will not be any delays. 

Football has an indoor practice facility but there is nothing like being able to practice outdoors on the field games are going to be played on.  Hopefully, this install will not interfere with summer workouts and preseason practice.

Knowing a LARGE segment of our fan base, if Tic Toc Tire charged them a quarter a car to sit in their lot to watch the game, the damn lot would be EMPTY!!
