I have an uneasy feeling in the pit of my stomach about this game.  Coach Mora is really firing his players and fans up by making this game their Super Bowl.  Haven't heard a peep from Coach Huff - which may be a good thing (keeping emotions in house and his players focused).

Hope I'm nervous for nothing.

Allegent flies   non stop to Myrtle Beach from HTS on reg route. Most likely cheaper to fly commercial and buy the whole plane  vs  charter flight

It was a charter.  Those flights are not regular, they are seasonal.  They don't start up again until May.

Looking forward to this game. Ready to leave first thing in the morning for first trip to Myrtle Beach and it takes The Herd to get me there.
Sounds like we?re going to have a GREAT crowd there?.have to give props to Herd fans this year?.I?ve traveled everywhere except for Troy and the crowds we have taken to James Madison, obviously Notre Dame, Georgia Southern, BG and Old Dominion have been great?.the new conference, high alumni grounds, and easy trips I?m sure are big part.

The weather for Conway is a high of 50 degrees with a north wind of 3-7 mph. Remember, the game is not being played at the beach so don't look at the forecast for MB. I used to live nearby in NC and there is big difference between the wind along the coast versus being inland.

There is a video on FB  from Downtown Huntington of the Pep Rally at the MB Bowl. Very good turnout by The Herd Fans! It appears that we have a good crowd at the game.

I remember going to the first Motor City Bowl in 1997 and we had to have had 15-20k fans there that day.  Unless the allotment to that game was 30k I find it hard to believe this is the first time we've sold out of our allotment.

I remember going to the first Motor City Bowl in 1997 and we had to have had 15-20k fans there that day.  Unless the allotment to that game was 30k I find it hard to believe this is the first time we've sold out of our allotment.

Yep. We had a huge crowd there. I remember the 99 game against BYU because of the nasty storm and ice coming home. Took us 10 hours to get home.

Why wouldn't one purchase at a cheaper price....I certainly would.
