The two toughest road crowds will be the last 2 games of the season with ODU and JMU. Go 4-2 and then go win at Texas St. and Arkansas st.

Simple reason.   JMU crowd probably has 3 to 4 times more people 30 and under at every game than MU has.  MU probably as 2 to 3 times more people 55 and older at every game than JMU has!  Simple to figure out the "rockin" factor when those numbers are plugged in!!

JMU seats 8500 and had 3540 in attendance. I've heard the game at the cam get as loud or louder this year no matter what anyone says. Matter of fact it's been very loud. I wish people would quit disparaging our fans and try to make it seem like the grass is greener. Here are attendance numbers for Saturday.

Agree overall figures aren't impressive, bust.  So, I guess we can have some pride that we the best among the"worst".  After all, SBC basketball isn't exactly the talk of the major college basketball world so far this season.  Believe NO SBC team has managed to garner even ONE Vote in any significant basketball poll to date.  One other factor I think may be affecting attendance at some schools presently is that, like MU, many/most of them probably don't start their Spring semesters until tomorrow, or even later.  Hence, many students are NOT on campus.  Hopefully, attendance figures will see an uptick as the conference race heats up and we get closer to tournament time.  Just my 2 cents on the topic.

Bust didn't show ODU in his list.  COVID or no COVID, just based on how they have traditionally drawn for basketball at ODU, can't believe the current per game attendance at the Norfolk school isn't larger than most, if not all, the schools on bust's list!!

I was just showing saturdays home games. ODU was on the road. ODU has been right at 5000 a game. A few hundred more than us.

We were at the GA Southern game and it was a good vocal crowd. Students were not there as school had not started and it was a Thursday night.

Remove the tarps...The University can place 8,000 butts in the seats most any night, and more; we just need a representative team to root for...
