  • Have seen neither Nutter of Allen play. But people I know and respect have and say Allen a lot better. Has offers from VMI and Radford? Have to admit, I?m favorable to #304boys

  • He can?t play here at this level IMO.  Although neither can pretty much our entire bench so he would fit right in at least.

  • It is ignorant to even think multiple years down the road at this point in time. Building a team is year to year with portal. By this time next week our team could look completely different if a couple people leave after their meetings and we hit the portal

You should tell that to DD. Otherwise don?t mention DD and portal in the same sentence.

  • I?d like to sign him.  We?ve had several WV single A basketball stars do quite well for us over the years.  Off the top of my head:

    1) Andre Cunningham- Matewan
    2) Andy Paul Williamson- Harts
    3) Joda Burgess- CK
    4) Jarod West

Its ignorant to think that Dantoni will use the portal. Lol

  • Would we waste our one scholarship on someone that couldn't jump in and immediately help?

  • As opposed to wasting 5-6 on several that will never help?

WE wouldn't waste our 1 scholarship on someone as you suggested, but the 1 making that call doesn't ever see a sense of urgency like WE do. If he did, we'd have a lot more than 1 to give...

  • The real Herd fans expect a coach that puts winning above making the fans love and above getting players from 304 area code.

I?m sure he?s looking to add a 6? 8? 160lb guy who averaged 6pts and 3rbs a game.  I guess one good thing about Dan?s recruiting is he never has to worry about not getting a player he wants.  Because nobody else does.  I will give him an A for that!  Go Herd

  • Allen announced he is headed to play at Moravian Prep School. A good move on his part. This is some one our staff should keep an eye on this upcoming year.
