Topic: Seeking quality recording of Notre Dame game

I wanted to re-watch the game to get myself ready for this season. Sadly, Hulu recently deleted my recording, according to their policy of not keeping any recording after 9 months.

There is one video of the full game on Youtube, but there is something wrong with it. The video stutters continually and gives me a headache to watch. I have tried everything, checked my connection, reduced the resolution, same problem. No other videos on Youtube give me this issue so I think the problem is not on my computer.

Does anyone know anywhere else it can be seen?

If it were legal, the athletic dept. should sell DVDs of it, but it probably isn't legal. I don't know anything about how that works. On a related note, I'd love to see a 30-for-30 style documentary about the game, with highlights and interviews of players and coaches on what they were feeling/thinking at different moments during the game.

I appreciate you all who replied to my post here last week and tried to help.

I am aware of the Youtube video mentioned above - that's the one I'm talking about that stutters continually.

I don't know the technical language to describe it, but it's like a recording of a recording, not the direct original video. Like a guy was streaming it on his computer and recorded that - if you watch the whole thing, sometimes you see him pause it and you see it buffering. I think the video on his computer was stuttering and so nothing can be done to fix it.

I've watched it on my phone, computer, and smart TV and it is the same.

If it doesn't bother you guys, that's great, more power to you. But I hope at some point someone makes a better version available. Cheers.

Update:

I just found a second version on YouTube that for some reason never came up in my search results before.

Look for the one on the channel called Buckshot L64 (2 hrs 27 minutes) not MeHa TV (1 hr 54 min).

This new link is perfect quality, and it has the advantage of also cutting out the commercials, but keeping the pregame and sideline interviews with Ahmad Bradshaw.

I'm going to try to download it.

Will need to download it on a computer and you can convert it to another format like .MP4 if desired. Use VLC Media Player worst case to play the M2TS format.
