The comment section is correct - neither school has the academic standing to warrant an invite to the ACC, nor the following to override that deficiency.

ACC would be a great fit. I have always said that....

The problem is.... convincing Duke, NC et al. in making a trip to WV once every two years. That is the hold-up IMO.

You are correct, just look at wvu which has the same entrance requirements as MU. The ACC wants nothing to do with wvu so it no different with Marshall.

ACC I believe we and app state could bring a better brand of football that is being primed for such a move. Marshall sets right in the middle of these P5?s Mid-Atlantic Markets. Big 10, ACC, SEC, Big 12.

Ucf in B12 and USC in B1G sounds more far fetched than Herd in ACC yet here we are.
