  • Bought tickets for the NC State game through Vivid seats and then the ticket transfer came from NC State Athletic Dept.

Today I received a brief but informative survey asking me how the game day experience was with questions about food, the band, music played during the game, parking.  Took me a couple of seconds to answer but it gives instant feedback to make things better.

BTW...they ran out of food before half so they have issues also.

  • Good idea. For the most part I liked their stadium and the experience a lot.

I especially liked how the ticketing/entry points were a ring like 100 feet outside of the stadium, essentially tripling the width of the concourse beyond the confines of the stadium. I wonder if we could do something like that, constructing a fence further out.

It seemed almost like the only section without chairbacks was the visitors section, which seemed kinda ^(&^tty on their part. Where's the Southern hospitality? Also the space alotted for each seat there was criminal. My group bought seven tickets, and we basically ended up with 5 seats due to being squished by the people on either side of us.

Thats awesome. Excellent way to get feedback and make the game day experience better for all involved. I would have forwarded that to our AD.

I've talked about that very scenario for years.

This has become standard practice, right?  Went to the dentist today.  Text and email for feedback and review on my phone before I came home.  Carolina Panthers sent me emails asking for feedback about every other game.  Same with Charlotte FC--different sport, but same ownership.  Marshall should be implementing this.  Now, with digital tickets, it should be easy to do.

I sat in the NC State section on the press box side on the 50 yd line and it was a bleacher seat

  • They had contoured bleachers which were nice. All their numbers were rubbed off too, for those who are wondering lol.

Their concessions, and entry are 1000 times better than ours. Concessions were super fast and easy. A lot to choose from. We had funnel cakes, chik fila, hotdogs and pizza for the kids. And might have waited 5 minutes total for all of it, from 2 different vendors.

The music was catchy and engaging. Liked the student costume race, and the dance contest. The announcer was great at generating excitement on 3rd and 4th down

It was a great fan experience. Nc State fans were nice and cordial at all times.

Whaaaat? "Catchy and engaging . . . music"??  NO incessant and non-stopping NOISE, i.e., rap, etc., assaulting the ears and brains of all present?  And, apparently, the Wolfpack players didn't "REBEL" in protest??  Someone should point this out to the MU Athletic Department's "leaders"!
