  • Down 21-3.  Almost bad enough to give Pennington a try...
I don't like to lose, and that isn't so much because it is just a football game, but because defeat means the failure to reach your objective. I don't want a football player who doesn't take defeat to heart, who laughs it off with the thought, 'Oh, well, there's another Saturday.' The trouble in American life today, in business as well as in sports, is that too many people are afraid of competition. The result is that in some circles people have come to sneer at success if it costs hard work and training and sacrifice.- Knute Rockne

  • Stop Huff before he gets in the locker room.  Fire him at the end of the first half.

  • Huff should relieve Semore of his duties during half time, I'm not kidding; give the play calling to someone else in the second half.  And the same with Tricket. This is absolutely embarrassing; watching players yell at each other because the other guy doesn't even know the coverage on the play.  Why the heck are they even on the field? This is back to the 70s stuff, I kid not. Total flugg up stuff; no reason, no excuse, no understanding of total futility.

  • We're down about 3 TDs, so maybe Cole makes another appearance. It couldn't hurt at this point.

  • Don't give Cole a chance, get down 28-3 then put him in when it's hopeless. Huffs plan. I said 35-3 with fancher playing, that might be half time score.

  • I?m turning this %^&* to another channel if Fancher is still QB on next drive. I?m done with this.

You're not alone, bust.  I'm considering the channel with the THREE STOOGES.  At least their continuous display of stupid errors and mistakes are somewhat funny!!!

  • No miracle other than seeing competent QB play which has not been apparent all year...

  • Dumb play calling.

No, I'm not talking about Trickett. I'm talking about App State at the end of the st half.
If I'm them, I go for the kill shot.

Yes, come put and run the offense like it's 0-0.  Let's see what he can really do

  • 80 total yards with 43 on one play.     This is worst than the 60-6 game against WKU

  • Players who sense the Coach is not playing the personnel who gives them a chance to win lose their passion...

[/quoteI'd say Snyder had more control over the team that Huff has at this time, we lost, but we lost with a bit of dignity, I always thought we had a chance with those teams.  I don't know the relative quality of the athlete between then and now, but i do know these guys have no idea what the heck they're doing; supposed to be doing, or they have not emotional control and can't stay in sync with their minds.

  • I said this after week 2 and I still feel that we have the worst QB room in the country if Fancher is our best choice. Absolutely a dumpster fire at this point with no extinguishers in sight! Wow! Just wow!
