  • Where are those questioning threads tonight?

He never deserved the criticisms or the questioning.

Kid is one of the better players we have had in quite a while. Be glad he played healthy tonight.

I hope this game ends the nonsense concerning Ali.

  • He is a great player. Watching a Pennington hand off to a 22 running back brought back great memories. Ali is in there with Chapman, Bradshaw and Parkerr group.

  • Ali is good, but he can't go against 11 on his own that pin their ears back in him. Pennington made them respect the intermediate to long passes and made Ali able to find holes and run. It's no coincidence that Ali had a great game tonight with Cole playing. If Fancher was there, it would have been same ole same ole.

He had a passing game to open up the run. When Cole played a couple weeks ago he ran better before getting injured.

  • since a bowl, seeing the development of Cole and hopefully watching a rejuvenated team, are the remaining goals this year, i hope it helps Ali and inspires him to stay for next year.

Ali is gone next year no matter what I think.. He'll go pro or he'll go to a power 5 school and take a nice NIL payday, but I don't see anyway in the world Ali is in a Marshall Uniform next year.
