Topic: Question for the Dannites

I grew up watching the Herd with circle antenna with aluminum foil on it for reception of I believe channel 33. Watched Greg White, was Bunny Gibson on the nerf hoop, cheered Labonowski (sp), all the way through.  How in the hell can you guys keep defending this crap?  This absolutely embarrassing to watch.

A culmination of Danny's ceaseless and tireless, non-stop EFFORTS over the last decade in ALL PHASES/AREAS of Division One Coaching.  This is the PRODUCT of his endeavors in YEAR TEN!!! But keep in mind, the ONLY GOAL is to "HAVE FUN"!!!!

And it is pretty damn clear that NO ONE is having MORE FUN in late 2023 than MR.FRAUDTONI!!!

But, he could have gotten rid of marko and thieneman, and others that simply do nothing to help and gotten us a couple more good portal guys to join Martin. We could have definitely been better and it's Dan's fault we aren't, 100%.

You don't think other teams lose players? Danny is worse than Doc. Cato made Doc and Elmore made Danny. Otherwise he is lost.

HERD Radio Crew indicated that Coach Steele of MIAMI is relying heavily on 3, maybe 4, freshmen this season.  Plus, a transfer from UVA-Wise, which used to be a 2-year branch college, but now no more than a NAIA or perhaps D-3 school.  Dan's infusion of "talent" this season didn't look, or fare, too well against the Redhawks "newbies"!!

If Miami finishes about the bottom quarter or third of the MAC this season, Steele should be COY in that League, IMO!!

Miami was a scrappy team last night. They hustled and played hard. I will give them credit for that. They ran numerous plays that I told my wife were good plays. They seemed to execute their plays. Of course, our defense, or lack thereof, probably helped some with that. But they just didn't come down the court and launch 3's all game. And they battled for rebounds. They may not be a very good team, but they will be a scrappy team and will hustle. More than what the Herd is doing right now. And that really hurts saying that.

Yup, either they don't have the ability to recruit well or are just lazy.  Also, cut guys loose that are never gonna help the team.  They are not gonna make our starters any better.  You only get better by pushing yourself.  What we are seeing here is years of roster mismanagement, poor recruiting and poor coaching. 

Nobody is loyal anymore.  There isn't one player on the roster that wouldn't leave for a better program.  Sooner Dan learns that, the better.

They performed well because they were playing us

There isn't one player on the roster that wouldn't leave for a better program.  Sooner Dan learns that, the better.

Maybe he also needs to learn to be that better program.  I don't know how he gets anyone to come here.  One flash in the pan end of season.  No season titles.  No major wins.  Rarely scheduled major games.  I mean if we were at least playing interesting teams OOC and at least helping their RPI/NET then you could start to build something.  But you have to do it consistently.
