Congrats Dan.  This team does nothing well.  Not defense. Not shooting.  Not rebounding.  Not physical.  Nothing.  They have Zero Identity!  Can't shoot the 3.  No mid range game.  No paint presence.  I'd get rid of every player on the roster except Martin.  Most of these guys are not D-1 level talent.  What a colossal cluster fu**.

We are already there man.  Not one player on this roster worth keeping at this level except Martin.  All the others are swimming in the deep end with floaties on.

Great collection of names. Throw in Chubb Small, and the pic of Gladstone Coke on the bench beside Curtis Head from football and we've really got something.

Jackson & Williams must've been REALLY homesick to leave their old gigs to not only take this job, but stay here & burn in this dumpster fire.  you'd think, & probably they did to, our program would be a step up from Clev St & Stetson, but it's obviously not.  & that is REALLY sad.

NONE of our assts need to be given as much as an interview when we replace DD.  this entire program will need rebuilt by someone who knows what they're doing.

If anyone on staff even applies for the job, they should be laughed out of the room.  Not one of them has stepped up and challenged Dan's direction or made anyone better than we thought they could be.

I'd say that they aren't helping achieve his direction either.  His comments are telling, several assistants are hopefully reconsidering their commitment to hard work and practices that matter today; or considering their departure.

I think we either go after a very successful lower level head coach (which will be a risk on recruiting on the D1 level) or we hire a big name program assistant that is a tremendous recruiter. The 3rd and best option would be Greg Marshall that would be a home run hire but we all know Marshall never thinks like that sadly.
